Old warm memory flashback & new exciting experience
Bumbed into an old "talisman" from New Zealand... the best cappucino ever with a foam where the spoon literally stood up firmly was in Smith The Grocer in the OldeBank building in Wellington. Talisman forced a smile into my face and many many happy memories ... number 061 in StG club ;o)

Took the Maglev train from the airport to the Shanghai city... 431km/hour for a while gave a sort of new spin to the stomach (you know it's all safe but brain does not believe it). It's quite seldom when 340km/h has felt comfortably slow (when slowing down .... )

Autumn... old friend... stink-not
Katja organised a breakfast meeting downtown in Cafe engel... crisp super beautifull autumn morning in the very nice out of office enviroment - thoughts fly and you get totally re-freshed and remember again how sweet things are in your life.
Just reminds me of the starts of current and the one before project. Should really have these kinds of out-of-the-standard things regularly.

Met an old friend in Kaisla the other day ... Maredsous. When I visited Pasi in Belgium few years ago he took me to the pääkallonpaikka Maredsous monestry itself - this great beer now available in Kaisla. Fine deed from Kaisla indeed ;o)

Man it's nice to go for beer nowadays ... your clothes won't stink like --t in the morning anymore due to the tobacco smoke

What happens ?
How to isolate and sense the ingredients/elements and timing of that "moment"
- when organisation starts to use more time and effort to tackle internal interfaces than it's true external challenges (=how to beat competition and win the hearts of it's customers) ?
- when a child replaces his/her natural curiosity and drive to learn new things with "Studying is boring" ?... seems to be happening in ~days
- when we have more things to dislike than love ?
- when we transform from superply overperforming teams to under performing "I do just my part" teams ?
Change can be great - boost to grow & learn, become stronger ... also as teams
Change can be depective - deterioration of good things
Maybe it's all just very primitive - stay alert, observe the "surroundings", sense the changes, take nothing for granted and you'll live better ?

91019

"We create cars".... I've been driving for over 23 years and with pretty many different cars. Renault Grand Scenic which now has been with us for little bit over three years and 91019km is the car. Uggly but driving,- functionality- and reliabilitywise the best.
wow... one can now add video into blogger ! Nice !

Lahjaton Tuomo - Lahjakas Billy
During the last project we had some really great partners in Salo (CAM Company & Elmo design) which meant I needed to drive quite often to Salo. I thought it'd be great to use "all that spare time" eg to learn French by listening some teach yourself CD set... I bought one, listened it for hours, learned very little unfortunately. Would be nice to be one of those talented persons who just pick up languages - I am not unfortunately.
For the last weeks I've been listening Billy Talent's II over and over again in the car on the way to work and back home. I'm actually surprised how I still do listen it and it almost like gets better and better.
Billy talent - Tuomo not.
