I was cooking from (one of the best (maybe the best) cooking magazine in Finland) "Glorian Ruoka ja Viini" and bumbed into this in the magazine:
Adjustment
Vexatious mistake had slipped into Garlic-Anchovy parfait(?) recipe in our last publications at page 44. Ingredient list stated that instead of 1 can of anchovy you should put 1kg of beetroot.
Would have been nice to try that with 1kg of beetroot instead of 1 small can of anchovy ... after all it was supposed to be Galic-Anchovy parfait ;o)
