Favorite recipes sort of are ~in the back of my mind so I do tend to remeber the ingridients and the quantities ... but not really to be honest. Today I managed to put 5dl of cream instead of 2.5dl into my all time favorite side dish "Maa-artisokka peruna paistos" which did not actually ruin the dish ;o) but was sort of embarrasing anyway
World's (as far as I'm considered) best cuisine magazine www.cuisine.co.nz has solved this in a really neat way - they have an index to all recipes every second year.
