(Had to go back to the old newspaper pile and do some serious digging for this....)
In Helsingin Sanomat there is a section which summarises "had been said" from all over the world. This one was from 17th of June:
"Politicians are like baby dipers. Both needs to be changed regurarly, and exactly for the same reasons."
Sort of makes sense ;o)
