I live in 30 household complex.... we have 3 boxes reserved for household garbage - these boxes are emptied once per week. Some brilliant individual decided to get rid of his/her old sofa filling all 3 garbage boxes. 29 other households had to keep their garbage somewhere else for few days... what a f--khead. I admit I was utterly pissed. Still am after 3 weeks.
