Swarm behaviour part 2...

The more I think about how start-up mode actually works the more I feel it actually somehow resembles Swarm Behaviour ... first an odd thought to compare colonies of bees and start-up workers ;o) but for example:

"The bees' rules for decision-making—seek a diversity of options, encourage a free competition among ideas, and use an effective mechanism to narrow choices ..." and then everybody aligns to go for common chosen goal

Start-ups are self organising - the group alings itself for optimal result after negotiations. That's why it's so bloody fast, effective and exciting.

Say No - it is great

"No thanks. Not interested." - what a wonderful & respectful response! Good straight forward fast "No" keeps thin...
